Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stryk mobile application ("App", "Service"). By using Stryk, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Stryk is an AI-powered boxing training application that provides technique analysis, training programs, combo drills, and nutrition guidance. The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze boxing videos and provide performance feedback and scoring.

2. User Accounts

To use Stryk, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use Stryk.

3. Subscription Terms

Stryk Pro is available as an in-app subscription, billed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings
Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Subscription prices and terms are displayed in the App before purchase. Apple's standard terms for in-app subscriptions apply.

4. AI Analysis Disclaimer

Stryk's AI-powered video analysis is intended for informational and training purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional coaching, medical advice, or personal training. The scores, ratings, and feedback generated by the AI are estimates based on video analysis and may not be fully accurate. You should:

Always train under proper supervision when possible
Consult a medical professional before starting any new exercise program
Use the AI feedback as a supplement to, not a replacement for, qualified instruction
Not rely solely on AI analysis for technique correction, especially for safety-critical movements

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all videos, images, and content you create and upload to Stryk. By uploading content for analysis, you grant Stryk a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the analysis service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Share your account credentials with others

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stryk and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the AI analysis will be accurate, complete, or error-free.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
